Cancellation and Refunds

• If cancelled before 21 days of Check In date refundable amount would Be 100% of total billing.
• Please note that in the event of a cancellation, payment gateway charges will be deducted from the total amount before processing the refund. The applicable charges are as follows:
  • 3% GST for domestic transactions
  • 5% GST for international card transactions
• NOTE: All these bookings will be prepaid only
• Note: A non-refundable cancellation policy will be applicable for all bookings from 23rd December to 1st January.
